How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you can contact via WhatsApp at our Customer Care No. +91-9911624499 with your Order ID to get the update in regards to the same.

Why is my pin code not serviceable? How do I check my pin code serviceability?

Our products are not available all over India. However, you can expect it to be available in your city very soon. You can always refer to the product page and enter your pin, though.

What is the meaning of different order status mentioned on the tracking page?

Order Placed: When the customer places an order, but it is not yet confirmed.

Order Confirmed: When the order is confirmed in our system and is ready to be processed.

Order Processing: This is updated once your order has been sent for production.

Order Shipped: The product is on its way to your shipping address with our logistics partner.

Out for Delivery: The order is bound to be delivered to you today.

Order Delivered: The order has been delivered to your shipping address.

Can I take my delivery for a date other than specified?

Yes, you can reach out to our customer support for requesting a future delivery date. You can call or drop a text on that number via WhatsApp, wherein you can put another delivery date and the team will take it forward.

Can I get an early delivery for my order?

We always try our best to deliver your order at the earliest but cannot assure delivery well before the expected delivery date shown due to the high volume of orders.

My order has been returned to the source. What does it mean?

It might have happened due to one of the below reasons:

-Due to logistic constraints.

-The customer was unreachable.

-The customer refused to accept the order.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice?

Once the order is delivered,
