Returns policy becomes applicable only in case if you receive

  1. Wrong/different product in place of ordered product
  2. Receive your ordered product in a damaged physical condition
  3. Receives the products having different size in place of your ordered products. [Standard Tolerance for Length & ; Width: -6mm / + 6mm to 12mm &; for Thickness: -6mm/ + 20mm.

Returns Policy

Returns policy becomes applicable only in case if you receive

1. Customer must check the ordered product at the time of arrival, in regard to the aspects of the same being in proper physical condition and size, while he/she gives the receiving to the delivery person.
2. Please visit the respective brands’ product pages to learn more about their Refund, Return and Warranty Policy, mentioned along with every product information.
3. Even after receiving the goods Customer still has 48 hours to raise the issue to claim the replacement of item, from the date/time of receiving the same, for any issue in regards to improper size*.
4. Once we receive your request against any fault in regard to any dimensions’ issues with your item, we will inspect it within 4-7 working days and notify you that we have found your claims and issues as valid.
[*Please note as per regular and standard guidelines from major brands of mattress industry, there is standard tolerance: for Length & ; Width: -6mm / + 6mm to 12mm & ; for Thickness: -6mm/ + 10mm to 20mm.]
5. In case the defect is found genuine after inspection, we will notify you on the status of replacement of your product, we will initiate the process of replacement to get it done within next 10 working days.
6. Your item must be in same condition in which you received it with guarantee card, invoice & any other tags attached to the product.
7. Your item must be in the original packaging.
8. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
9. In case you wish to return or replace a product having associated/freebies items like pillows/mattress protectors/mattress covers, then you need to return the associated product as well.
10. The policy can only be used to replace the product with the same product or any other products having same or higher Value.

Returns Due To Change of Mind

1. GARG Mattress Studio’ will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in salable condition.

2. Return shipping will have to be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
3. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
4. We will refund the value of the goods returned [applicable only for ‘GARG Sleep Solutions’ product range] but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid to make the product delivered to the customer.

Garg Handloom House believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 
Garg Handloom House does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint
will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Garg Handloom House, it will take
6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
