Shipping Policy

Placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

  1. Alert for King/Queen size mattresses

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

  1. Returns Due To Change of Mind

-‘GARG Mattress Studio’ will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in salable condition.

*[applicable on pillows, mattress protectors of all brands and mattresses only of ‘GARG Sleep Solutions’ product range, having following sizes: L:72”x W:35” &  L:75”x35”]

-In case of the Return due to ‘Change of Mind’ [return] shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

-Customer need to contact us in reference to Request for Return to us via e-mail:  garg.mattressstudio@gmail.com or Call/WhatsApp: +919911624494 +919873773993.

-After receiving Request for Return, our executive shall make a visit in order to check the physical condition of goods, and once he approves goods to be in appropriate condition, process to pick goods will follow on.

-It may take a period of minimum 7 days to pick up the goods in order to process customers’ Return Request.

-Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

-We will refund the value of the goods returned [applicable only for ‘GARG Sleep Solutions’ product range] but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid to make the product delivered to the customer.

 

  1. Warranty Returns

-‘GARG Mattress Studio’ will happily honor any/all valid warranty claims [applicable only on ‘GARG Sleep Solutions’ product range], provided a claim is submitted within Warranty/Guarantee conditions and period of the product.

-There shall not be any Shipping charges in course of replacement of mattresses covered under Warranty/Guarantee claims of following companies: WakeFit, Doctor Dreams, LivPure, Kurl-on, Indo-French

-Following companies shall charge Shipping charges in course of replacement of mattresses covered under Warranty/Guarantee claims: Sparsh, Coirfit, SpringFit, Nilkamal, GARG Sleep Solutions.

-Customers will be required to pre-pay the Return Shipping charges.

-After receiving Warranty/Guarantee claims from customer of goods, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7-10 days.

-Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the replacement product as per availability of stock.

 

  1. Transit Time

In general, shipping period for various products remains from 5-25 days, depending on supply schedule of various brands/manufacturers.

-72-hour Delivery is also available in select pin codes in Delhi-NCR for selected sizes of certain models/brands.

-For all mattresses having dimensions other than L:72”xW:35” and L:75”xW:35”, it might take slightly longer.

-Any or all orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be processed on the next working day.

-In case your area pincode is not eligible for 72-hour delivery, your orders will be delivered within the standard delivery range of 7-15 working days. Please note this does not include holidays and sale days

-For a customized mattress exclusively manufactured for you, it might take slightly longer, depending on the standard supply schedule of respective brand/manufacturer.

 

  1. Dispatch Time

-Orders for standard sizes and available stock are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days of payment of order

-Our warehouse operates on all 6 days of the week except Wednesdays, during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

  1. Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

  1. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time due to some unforeseen, unavoidable reasons, please contact us at our customer care: +919911624499, so that we can conduct an investigation and coordinate with you to update in regards to re-schedule the shipping process.

 

  1. Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax

Sales tax [GST] has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

 

  1. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

*[Applicable only for pillows, mattress protectors, accessories having standard/regular sizes and mattresses of ‘GARG Sleep Solutions’ having sizes: L:72”xW:35 and 75”x35”.

  1. Process for goods damaged in-transit

We will process a refund/replacement as soon as we/courier/shipping agency completes their investigation into the claim.

*Please note that irrespective of brands, whichever mattress are available online, those are being offered and shipped in box packing does have either absolute Foam, Latex and Pocket Spring construction. All of those materials are relatively soft and flexible, that’s why it’s feasible for all Brands/companies to make those mattresses compressed and put them in a box to cut down the shipping and transportation costs, in order to offer their customers Free-Shipping, as they consume much lesser space in warehouses, shipping-wagons and top of everything, even a single person can lift the box packed king/queen size mattress on his shoulder and make that delivered right at the doorstep, irrespective of narrow stair-cases, door-frames, absence of service lifts in multistory buildings.

*If you want to place order King/Queen size mattress for your double bed, that is not being offered in box-packing by its respective manufacturer, then shipping charges shall be relatively extra than box-packed mattress

*Please consider the clear approach right from your street/s connecting nearest main road to your floor [multi-story buildings] though which King/Queen size mattress has to pass, in order to place that on your bed in the room. Also consider and check width-height of stair cases to make sure that’s not narrow and doors-frame/door-post in your home, failing to which can result in a big hassle during the final stage of shipping process.

*Also, if in case you feel/find your stair-case too narrow to allow big piece mattress to pass through to get on your floor, then please check the available open space/balcony at your floor, through which your big size mattress has to pass through, in order to finally place that on your bed.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
